Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from SPACE STUDIOS or use the offer and request features. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

Many items are curated pieces available in very limited quantities. Prices are shown in your region's currency (Rupiah for Indonesia, US dollars elsewhere). An item is only reserved for you once your order is paid.

Payment and order confirmation

Payments are processed by Xendit (QRIS, virtual accounts, e-wallets, cards) or PayPal. Your order is confirmed by email once the payment is received.

Offers

An offer is a proposal, not a purchase. If we accept it, you receive a single-use code for that item at the agreed price, valid for the time stated with the code. The item is not held for you until you check out, and an accepted offer may be withdrawn if the item is no longer available.

Requests

Wishlist and size requests help us know what to look for. They are not orders, and we can't guarantee to find every item.

Shipping and returns

Shipping rates and delivery times are on the shipping page and at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are paid by the buyer. Returns follow our return policy.
