Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data SPACE STUDIOS collects when you shop, make an offer or send a request, and how it is used.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping and billing address, and what you ordered.
• Accounts: your name, email address and order history. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash. If you continue with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google, nothing else.
• Offers and requests: your Instagram username, an optional email address, your message and any reference images you upload.
• Cookies: only what the store needs to work, such as your cart, sign-in session and selected country.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, to reply to your offers and requests, and to send emails about them (order confirmations, shipping updates and offer codes). The public offer board shows only a masked username, never your email.

Who processes it

Payments are handled by Xendit (Indonesia) and PayPal (international); we never see or store your card details. The store runs on Amazon Web Services, which also sends our emails and stores uploaded images. Couriers receive your shipping address to deliver your order. Errors in the store are reported to Sentry without your personal details.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022). Email spacestudiosind@gmail.com and we will respond. We keep order records as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
