Question 1

Do you ship worldwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ship from Indonesia to most countries. Couriers, rates and delivery times for your country are on the shipping page, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Question 2

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

In Indonesia: QRIS, e-wallets (OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja, AstraPay), bank virtual accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BSI, Permata), cards, Alfamart and Indomaret, and PayLater (Kredivo, Akulaku, Atome), all through Xendit. Outside Indonesia you pay with PayPal or a card. We never see or store your card details.

Question 3

In which currency are prices shown?

Accepted Answer

In Rupiah (IDR) for Indonesia and in US dollars (USD) everywhere else. Change your country in the header to see the prices and shipping for it.

Question 4

When is my item reserved?

Accepted Answer

Most pieces are one of a kind, so an item is only yours once the order is paid. Adding it to your cart doesn't hold it.

Question 5

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

You get an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Signed-in customers also see every order and its status under Account.

Question 6

Can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within the period in our return policy. Email us with your order number first, so we can tell you where to send it.

Question 7

Are the vintage items in good condition?

Accepted Answer

Every vintage piece is checked and photographed by us. Any flaws, such as fading, small holes or stains, are mentioned in the description and shown in the photos, together with the measurements.

Question 8

How do sizes fit?

Accepted Answer

New drops follow our size guide. Vintage sizes vary by brand and era, so compare the measurements in the description with a piece you already own.

Question 9

How does the offer board work?

Accepted Answer

Make an offer on an item on the offer board. If we accept it, you get a single-use code for that item at the agreed price, valid for a limited time. An offer is not a purchase, and the item isn't held until you check out.

Question 10

Can you find a specific item for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a request with what you are looking for, or the size you need of an item we already have, and we will contact you when we find it.

Question 11

Who pays import duties?

Accepted Answer

International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer when the parcel arrives.
